VIETNAM’S NEXT TOP MODEL 2012 CALL FOR CASTING

The casting round of Vietnam’s Next Top Model 2012 is taking place in the North and the South of Vietnam. The first casting is held on the 7th June at Grand Palace Wedding & Convention Center, Ho Chi Minh City and the second one is taking place on the 17th the same month at The Garden Shopping Center, Hanoi. All Vietnamese girls who live across the country and abroad, above 168cm, are all welcome to take part in the competition. Moreover, the winner will own the contract signed with BeU Model & Talent Management that values 1 billion VND within 2 years and be provided with opportunities to work in the professional environment both domestically and internationally. Besides, the winner will be chosen to appear on the cover of Cosmopolitan – a well-known magazine originated from the States and receive totally 200 million VND in cash from this magazine. More other attracting prizes are waiting for the winner. 

Vietnam’s Next Top Model has been the most beloved and successful reality TV show in Vietnam since the first cycle was officially broadcasted in 2010. Huyền Trang and Hoàng Thùy, the winners of the last 2 cycles have been working hard to gradually develop and assert themselves on the professional modeling career.

Therefore, thousands of girls throughout the country who have a dream of becoming the professional models are really excited for the next cycle. A huge amount of registration forms has been received so far. Most of them own the outstanding height and are in shape. Hopefully, we will finally discover the potentials for fashion world in Vietnam.

All Vietnamese girls, aged from 18 to 25 years old, high school graduated, non-experienced of modeling and not involved in any managers or agents should be qualified for the casting.

The casting includes 4 rounds: catwalk with the personal outfit, catwalk with swimsuit, photo-shoot, and interview. The number of contestants who are chosen to live in cast house has not been announced. But all girls are one-by-one eliminated until 3 last contestants remain. And the winner will be the only one deserving the highest title for her will, efforts and determination.
